The FEE Executive Board approved affiliate FEE membership for two new organisations: Enterprise Estonia (Estonia) and Department of Environment and Coastal Resources (Turks & Caicos Islands).

At the FEE Executive Board meeting on 19 June 2008, affiliate FEE membership was approved for Enterprise Estonia (Green Key Estonia) and Department of Environment and Coastal Resources from Turks & Caicos Islands (wishing to implement the Blue Flag Programme in TCI).
