The Young Masters Programme (YMP) is a free, Internet based, international education for high school students offered by the International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics (IIIEE) at Lund University, Sweden.

YMP is an education on preventive environmental strategies as a way to achieve sustainable development. The ambition is to provide the most comprehensive and exciting distance education on sustainable development in the world.  The YMP aims to empower future generations by providing hands-on sustainability skills, by creating personal networks as well as enhancing both computer and language skills.

After the online distance education the students can choose to engage in small research projects that are presented at a biannual Global Environment Youth Conference (GEYC). The Programme started in 1999 and today the YMP includes a network containing a network of schools representing more than 100 countries.
